As I am trying to manage life, kids, jobs, blogs...lol...I want you all to know, I am doing this for you! I want you to all be successful at whatever you do and I want to help you do it.
What I am going to do is start show casing businesses. I obviously have my own businesses, but I want everyone to have the ability to tell people about what they do because just because something is right for me, it may not be right for you. Please check back as I start to add other businesses.
Also, I am going to develop a webpage that is a one stop shopping extravaganza for people. I, of course, will have my businesses, but I will also allow advertising for others direct sales companies to be featured on the pages as well.
I want everyone to shop from "the little" guy because I believe that eventually shopping will typically be done online and why not be the catalyst for that to happen?? And help others make their dreams come true!!! :)

The business of business...and other stuff :)
Well, let's see, it's been a bit, so much for daily...lol.
I know it's not nice of me to fib to all you readers and I am sorry. My life is a little crazy and the flu has hit our house, so it's been realllllly interesting.
However, I want to still help you all save money or make money. So, please bare with me as I bring you more!
Today, I want to just talk a little bit about mystery shopping. I used to mystery shop when my youngest, who is now 12 1/2, was a baby. I shopped full time and made some good money. I got to eat lots of meals and I truly enjoyed it. There are several different kinds of shops that you can do. You can do shops that do not require you to buy anything (Cell phone shops, cable company shops, apartment shops), food shops (you buy and eat food that the company tells you to buy) and buy and return shops (they want to see how the company handles a return). All of these shops require you to have an active internet connection. It used to be, you had to have a scanner or fax machine, but now if you have a smart phone, you can take a pic of receipts or cards and send them into the company. Most shops pay $5-$20 on average. You have to spend time searching for jobs and then doing the shop and then reporting. So you are not always making good money, but it is money. If you want to itemize your taxes, you can with your earnings from your shops and keeping track of your miles. But you will work with SEVERAL different companies.
When I was shopping full time, I shopped for about 50 different companies. Also besides mystery shops, you can do audits, compliance shops and merchandising.

This is me, this is who I am :)
Hello everyone! Today is a new day and it's been a productive week for me. I have accepted a new position, given a resignation, signed on for yet another direct sales company, and won a free get-a-away for me and the hubby tomorrow for Valentine's Day thanks to my favorite Christian radio station!
Well, here are the things I have done this week to grow my businesses! Because I hope at one point, I don't have to work a "real" job to survive. I would like to work for myself only and support my family! To do that, I must be true to myself and find ways to survive!
I saw on FB something about making 22 meals or something in a weekend in 2 hours, freeze 'em and have em for the week to come! I will look into that and post it here if I feel it will help with our budget...which I'm pretty sure it will. Even though we don't eat out a lot, we do eat out, so this may help us. Also, since my "real" job is a traveling hospice social worker, I need to find better ways to take meals with me. I'm just flat lazy sometimes, and it's hard to prepare the night before when you are pooped from the day.
So, who wants to learn about something else I do to earn a little extra? I sell Jewelry In Candles. The candles are 21oz and the tarts are 5.5oz. They are 100%...and in every product you get a piece of jewelry valued at AT LEAST $10. There are surprise pieces that pop up occasionally and when you get one of those, there will be a piece of paper with the jewelry you receive. You then have to call our headquarters and tell them you received the special gift paper and they will then send you the surprise jewelry. We have had a diamond engagement ring found (valued at over $900), diamond earrings, and many more! Plus each month we have a scent of the month. This month since it's Valentine's Day, it's Chocolate Fudge!!! It smells great!! And since it's the scent of the month it is AUTOMATICALLY 25% off. We also have been trying special scents and candles. Each week, we will release a new scent. Released 2-12 was the Gentleman's Candle that smells like the cologne Drakkar with men's rings sizes 9-12 and layered tarts!
